These kinds of garland seem hard to store. Here’s Kid’s idea’s suggestion for storing a garland.
First, categorize the types of garlands into two major groups.
- 3-Dimensional garland
- 2-Dimensional garland
Let’s dive into each group:
- 3-Dimensional garland
Before you throw away, consider recycle or reuse them.
For storage, put them into a box or bag. When you put them in a container, you may be able to apply the storage method for category 2. - 2-Dimensional garland
Before you throw away, consider recycle or reuse them like category 1.
For storage, try the following method:
◉What you need:
Garland, carton paper, scissors or knife
1, Cut a carton paper to be an easy-to-handle size and make some notches.
2, Put an end of garland into one notch.
3, Be careful not to stuck ornaments to wind garland using those notches. At the end, put another end of the garland into one notch.
4, When you reuse it, unwind garland.
＊Adjust the size of carton paper according to the length or size of garland.
＊Preparing a file-storable size of carton paper make it easier to store.
